電磁線(xiàn)圈端子不良

有些喇叭內(nèi)部電磁線(xiàn)圈漆包線(xiàn)端子接頭是鋁金屬鉚釘壓接連接的，非牢靠焊接連接，如果端頭漆包線(xiàn)上的絕緣漆處理不凈或鉚釘壓接不牢靠很容易產(chǎn)生虛接故障，導(dǎo)致喇叭工作不良。此種故障是喇叭質(zhì)量原因，只能換件。

密封不嚴(yán)易受潮

如果長(zhǎng)時(shí)間按喇叭易造成喇叭觸點(diǎn)燒蝕而產(chǎn)生阻抗，流過(guò)電磁線(xiàn)圈的電流減弱，混凝土攪拌車(chē)電磁吸力下降無(wú)法吸引銜鐵帶動(dòng)膜片正常振動(dòng)，導(dǎo)致發(fā)音沙啞甚至不響。但不斷按喇叭時(shí)，若瞬間強(qiáng)電流通過(guò)阻抗依然能正常工作，所以會(huì)時(shí)好時(shí)壞。

However, when the horn is continuously pressed, if the instantaneous strong current passes through the impedance, it can still work normally, so it will be good and bad from time to time.
