1、攪拌筒：在初次使用到50小時(shí)時(shí)，要及時(shí)檢查罐體及其他部位螺栓是否有松動(dòng)，每天行車(chē)前要檢查托輪與滾道的潤(rùn)滑，每個(gè)月打開(kāi)一次托輪護(hù)罩，清理內(nèi)部的油污并添加潤(rùn)滑油脂。

1. Mixing drum: when the tank and other parts are used for 50 hours for the first time, timely check whether the bolts of the tank and other parts are loose. Before driving every day, check the lubrication of the supporting wheel and the raceway. Open the supporting wheel shield once a month, clean the internal oil stain and add lubricating grease.

2、液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)：液壓系統(tǒng)是攪拌車(chē)的核心系統(tǒng)。為保證攪拌車(chē)能正常工作，攪拌罐能運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常，須在每次車(chē)輛發(fā)動(dòng)前檢查油路散熱器和減速機(jī)的液壓油位，保證油位指示在視窗范圍內(nèi)。同時(shí)要保證它的清潔，不能讓灰塵等污染系統(tǒng)液壓油，造成系統(tǒng)不能正常工作或損壞。

2. Hydraulic drive system: the hydraulic system is the core system of the mixer. In order to ensure that the mixer truck can work normally and the mixing tank can operate normally, the hydraulic oil level of the oil radiator and reducer must be checked each time before the vehicle is started to ensure that the oil level indication is within the scope of the window. 3、供水系統(tǒng)：氣壓供水系統(tǒng)加水量好在水箱的四分之三處，經(jīng)常檢查閥體是否堵塞或是否有工作異常。在有結(jié)冰可能的環(huán)境中使用時(shí)，供水系統(tǒng)須排空存水，防止管路凍裂。

除了上述這些知識(shí)內(nèi)容外，經(jīng)常性的檢查混凝土攪拌車(chē)系統(tǒng)的密封性，拆卸修理后，關(guān)鍵部位要涂螺紋密封膠車(chē)輛在行駛時(shí)水路系統(tǒng)中各個(gè)閥門(mén)均應(yīng)處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，以免影響車(chē)輛的制動(dòng)性能。
