混凝土攪拌車(chē)上面的取力器是能把混凝土攪拌車(chē)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的功率傳遞到附加裝置的齒輪組。取力器也稱(chēng)功率輸出器，簡(jiǎn)寫(xiě)為PTO，是英文Power Take Off的首字母縮寫(xiě)。不光是混凝土攪拌車(chē)上有，比如比如自卸車(chē)的齒輪泵、攪拌機(jī)的液壓馬達(dá)、消防車(chē)的水泵、制冷車(chē)的壓縮機(jī)等動(dòng)力的連接，基本都是通過(guò)取力器來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)力的傳遞。

發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)前端取力（PTO2）通常是曲軸連接，一般都是由正時(shí)齒輪室或由風(fēng)扇、水泵的皮帶輪輸出。例如氣剎制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中的氣泵，某些專(zhuān)用工作裝置所用的液壓馬達(dá)等。由于該方式的取力器到附加裝置的距離較長(zhǎng)，且需要轉(zhuǎn)換傳動(dòng)方向，若采用機(jī)械傳動(dòng)其結(jié)構(gòu)就很復(fù)雜，因此一般采用液壓傳動(dòng)。
